Updating Personal Information

You can update all of your contact information, including address, email address, telephone numbers, and emergency contact information through Inside Track. Please note, if you change your address, that will become your new billing address. All staff and faculty are required to send communications to your email address. 

Updating Addresses

If you wish to check or to update the contact information we have for you and for your parents, please follow these steps to update your account:

  1. Go to 
  2. Log in with your username and password
  3. Go to the three bars (main menu) on the top left of the page
  4. Go to Students
  5. Go to the Student Frequently Used Links card
  6. Click on Student Dashboard
  7. Under Other Applications, click on Update Personal Information (Address/Phone)

Update Email Addresses

Log in as directed above then:

  • If you need to add a new email address - select the Type of E-mail to Insert. Enter a new email address and click Submit
  • If you need to update or delete an existing email address – select the email address you wish to change. Update the email or check off the box next to Delete this address and click Submit.  (Remember, email is the preferred email for most communication and cannot be changed.)

Changing your Name or Social Security Number

Fill out the Change of Name or Social Security Number on School Records form and submit it to the Registrar's Office.


POLICY:

Students with one name

understands that some of our students may have only one name.   For standardization purposes, it is the policy of the University to present students who have just one name in our student information systems, thusly:

Last Name, FNU

In doing so, the University can identify and uniformly treat and report our students internally and to external agencies.
