Diplomas are sent approximately 8 to 12 weeks after the end of the term you applied for graduation. We send diplomas to the permanent address you put on your degree application. Students with an outstanding financial obligation to will not be issued an original or duplicate diploma. Students with outstanding obligations should make arrangement for payment with the Office of Student Finance and should contact the Office of the Registrar when the hold is cleared for diploma issuance. If you have not received your diploma, please contact the Registrar's Office on your campus to verify your permanent address.

Replacement diplomas can be ordered through our official diploma vendor, the . 

  • Order your diploma easily online. There is a $50.00 charge for each diploma replacement. You will be able to choose Standard Delivery or Express Overnight Delivery. Your Diploma will be printed and mailed within 1-2 days of your order.
  • Diploma Status - Search the status of your diploma order whether it is your new diploma or replacement diploma.

No, it won't. If it is very important that your name appear, be sure to file your graduation application on time.

You may obtain an official enrollment verification certificate from our partners at the National Student Clearinghouse at any time, free-of-charge, by

  1. Go to

  5. Go to the Student Frequently Used Links card
  6. Click on Student Dashboard
  7. Under My Student Record, click on Request Official Transcript/Enrollment Verification

Requests for other types of letters, e.g. Academic Standing or Degree Verification, must be submitted in writing. You may email a request to the Registrar's Office on your campus. Be sure that your request includes your ID number, your name, the best number and time to reach you as well as the specific letter you are requesting. Please also let us know if you will be picking up the letter personally or if you prefer us to mail or fax it.

  6. Click on Student Dashboard 
  7. Click on Look Up Classes
  8. Select Term
  9. Select Subject
  10. Click highlighted CRN # of desired class
  11. If the instructor has noted what materials/textbooks are required click “Syllabus Available”. If the “Syllabus Available” link does not appear, the instructor has not yet indicated the required materials/textbooks.

  6. Click on Student Dashboard
  7. Under Registration, click on View My Registration Status
  8. Select the upcoming semester from the drop-down menu
  9. Click on Submit

You should review the information on the top of the screen to confirm if you are permitted to register and what your class status is.

Be sure to confirm that you are properly coded for your degree program as well as the correct Torah Studies program for undergraduate men.To do so, return to your Student Dashboard, and under My Student Record, click on View my Student Profile

If you have a hold, to determine the nature of your hold: From your Student Dashboard, under My Student Record, click on View my Holds. Then click the Holds button in the upper right corner. If you have a financial hold, you can view more information in the Student Accounts section of your Student Dashboard, or by contacting  the Office of Student Finance (accounts@yu.edu or 646-592-6260) in advance of your registration time.

How do I retrieve my InsideTrack/AD credentials ( Active Directory)

   3. Keep a record of your credentials in a safe place.  The results you get on this page will tell you:

  • Your AD
  • Your Email address
  • Your AD default password
  • Your Banner ID (Banner password is same as AD password)
