High School Chess Tournament

Sunday, February 2, 2025

The High School Chess Tournament gathers students from Jewish high schools across the region for a competitive series of matches that will award both individual and team achievement in the game of chess. Recognizing that many competitive chess tournaments are held on Shabbat and Chagim, this tournament provides a unique opportunity for Jewish students to compete without compromising their religious observance and values. Based in the Core Torah Value of Torat Adam and the Growth of Student Potential, this tournament aims to nurture intellectual growth, strategic thinking and a sense of community among students from various high schools, blending tradition with a passion for chess.
